All orders are processed after confirmation. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, verification may be required through phone call or WhatsApp before the order is dispatched.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our delivery partner for shipment.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 10–12 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

While we strive to deliver orders within the stated timeframe, Asma Rashid is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or external circumstances.

We currently offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable customer

  • Customer unavailable at delivery location

The courier may attempt delivery again or return the parcel to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.


Damaged Parcel During Delivery

If you receive a parcel that appears damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately with photos and details so we can assist you.
